A 20-year-old man arrested in Louisiana for a Tulsa fatal shooting in October has been brought back to Tulsa.
Joseph Johnson was arrested in Baton Rouge on October 13th.

Tulsa Police say Johnson shot 25-year-old Quavis Cato outside a duplex in the 1200 block of South 73rd East Avenue on October 10th. Cato was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Tulsa County jail records show Joseph Johnson has a court hearing appearance set for November 16th.
