Deputies arrested a Tulsa man early Friday on two complaints of child abuse after admitting to using an electrical cord to hit his kids.
He is identified as 37-year-old Brian Reagor.
In their report, a Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy was called to a hospital emergency room late Thursday after doctors had treated a juvenile with injuries that doctors said caused bleeding on the brain and would require emergency surgery.
The deputy witnessed bruising on the juvenile's head as was as lacerations on the child's head and arms. The report said another child being treated at the hospital also showed marks of being struck several times.
When deputies talked the childrens' father, Brian Reagor, the report stated he admitted to using an electrical cord to "whoop" the children because "he found out they had lied to him."
Jail records show Reagor was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a $100,000 bond with a court appearance set for November 10th.
