One lucky first responder is going to win a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado pickup truck.

The 25-week Challenge includes daily workouts, a nutrition program, and mindset training by fitness expert, Coach JC and his team of coaches.

At the end of the 25 weeks, the first responder with the biggest transformation physically and mentally will win a 2017 Chevy Silverado, donated by Jim Glover Chevrolet.

The winner will be the fittest first responder in all ways possible - physically, mentally and spiritually.

Monday marked day one of the 2016 Truck Challenge.

Tulsa Police officers, firefighters, EMSA medics and National Guard personnel are taking part.

Participants will be challenged to get stronger in all areas and are led by Coach JC and his staff at Dynamic Sports Development.

"Not only is about fit for duty, but it's about providing these heroes an opportunity to be their best in life," Coach JC said.

Last year's winner was Tulsa firefighter Michael McClendon, who lost more than 50 pounds and 10 inches off his waist.
