DOC Believes Fugitive Is Hiding In Tulsa Area

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections said it believes one of its top 15 fugitives is hiding in the Tulsa area.

They say Edmund Owens has been missing since February of last year, when he didn't check in with his parole officer.

Owens served 12 years for drug trafficking.

They say if you see Owens, do not approach him, call 911 immediately.
