Broken Arrow Police Search For Bank Robber

The Broken Arrow Police Department is investigating a bank robbery.

Police say a man entered an Arvest Bank at 2029 West Kenosha Street at about noon Friday.

They said the man sat in the lobby for about ten minutes before approaching the teller line and demanding money.

Police said his first attempt failed and then the man became more verbally aggressive towards the teller. They said the teller eventually complied.

The man left the bank and went south through an adjoining business strip center.

Witnesses said there was no vehicle or any weapons seen or implied.
