A Tulsa man was charged Tuesday with aggravated possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography according to Tulsa County Court records.
Two warrants were issued October 11, 2016, for Matthew Stewart Janson, 32, was in possession of more than 100 pornographic photos and videos of children and was distributing them in April and May of this year, court records show.
Janson's bond was set at $10,000 for the aggravated possession charge and $15,000 for the distribution charge.
Aggravated possession of child pornography is when a person possesses 100 or more separate materials depicting child pornography, according to state law. The punishment is up to life in prison.
Janson posted bond Wednesday afternoon and is scheduled to appear in court October 19, 2016, at 9 a.m.
