Man Dies After Being Shot At Tulsa Car Wash

A man has died after being shot at a car wash parking lot Sunday morning.

Tulsa police said it happened after a group left the Route 66 Event Center near 11th and Sheridan.

Security was told a member of the group had stolen something from a woman and when security confronted the group a fight broke out.

Police said video shows a “brawl” with at least four people involved in the fight. They said near the end, one member of the group starting shooting at the security guards.

They said the man who died, 42-year-old Norman Huntley, was shot several times. He was taken the the hospital in critical condition and died from his injuries Monday afternoon.

Police are still searching for the shooting suspect.
