Driver Arrested For DUI After Tulsa Injury Crash

Police believe alcohol and speeding led to an injury Tulsa car crash early Saturday.

Officers said the crash happened shortly after 2 a.m. in the 9600 block of East 47th Place.

Officers believe the driver was going well over the 35 mile per hour speed limit when he took a turn too fast and crashed into a tree

EMSA took a passenger to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver was arrested on a DUI complaint as well as several traffic violations.
