Prosecutors Charge Tulsa Man With Kidnapping, Rape

Formal charges are filed against a Tulsa man accused of kidnapping and raping a woman he met with an online dating app.

Police say they used a phone number given to the victim to track down and arrest 27-year-old Evan Parrott.

Parrott is charged with first-degree rape and kidnapping stemming from the August 7th incident.  

He is held in the Tulsa County jail on a $75,000 bond.
