A man first believed to be a bank robber is undergoing a mental health evaluation.

Tulsa police say Bradley Lummus walked into several banks Monday asking to make a withdrawal, even though he did not have an account.

Most told him to leave, but when Lummus walked into the UMB bank near 15th and Boulder just after noon, officers said the teller panicked and gave Lummus money.

Officers later found Lummus and determined he did not rob the bank, but that he did need to be evaluated.

Police said he was arrested Sunday for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
