Tulsa Street Closed For Bridge Replacement Project

Work has begun on a west Tulsa bridge replacement project that will impact traffic for the rest of the year.

The Harlow Creek bridge project is on North 49th West Avenue just south of the Sand Springs Expressway.

Now through the end of 2016, the road will be closed to traffic.  That includes access from 49th West Avenue to the expressway.

City officials suggest drivers wanting to get on or off the Sand Springs Expressway, follow the detour signs to the Gilcrease Museum Road.
