Deputies: Missing Webber Falls Hiker Killed With A Hammer

Court documents show a Sequoyah County man was killed with a hammer and his body thrown into Lake Tenkiller last month.

The sheriff's office says the body of Matthew Fagan has not been found after he was reported missing during a hike with friends last month.  

Last week, a dive team tried to find his body.

Those friends, Tyler Leverett, Blake Shamblin, and Michael Snelling were arrested last week.  All three have been charged with first-degree murder.

All three remain at the Sequoyah County Jail, where they are being held without bond.
