A missing Arkansas girl was found safely Friday night.

Friday afternoon, Arkansas police issue an Amber Alert for 3-year-old Layla Rae Munholland.

Police say Layla's mother, Chelsea Munholland, and her boyfriend, Herbert Allen Thomas, kidnapped the girl from her grandmother in Arkansas.

Police believed the couple was in Oklahoma because their debit card was used in Stilwell, Westville and Claremore.

Authorities issued an Amber Alert around 3:00 p.m. then canceled it around 7 p.m. after security cameras captured the suspects at a convenience store near St. Louis, Missouri.

Authorities say the girl's mother and her boyfriend were picked up during a traffic stop in Grayville, Illinois, near the Indiana and Illinois state line.

Police said Chelsea Munholland was arrested.

Police said both Thomas and Chelsea Munholland are known to be heavy drug users.
