NORDAM Lands New Contracts; Will Supply For F-35 Joint Strike Fighter

NORDAM announced it has been selected to be a supplier for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

The Northrop Grumman Corporation chose NORDAM to make major structural components for the F-35’s center fuselage. The F-35 is a fifth-generation combat aircraft.

NORDAM started competing for the contract a year ago and is in the process of buying new equipment and making upgrades to its facilities.

Monday, Airbus awarded NORDAM a contract to build a part for the cargo floor of one of its aircraft.

And airplane maker Embraer just named the NORDAM Transparency Group as the exclusive supplier of passenger cabin doors and windows for its E-Two family of regional jets.
