Police: Man Dead After Being Struck By Van On Utica

A man is dead after a black van hit him at the intersection of 15th and Utica.

Police say the man was in the middle of Utica when the van hit him.

No word right now on the man's identity or why he was in the street.

Officers aren't saying if they will recommend charges for the van's driver.
