Buddy Buckets: Hield Set To Make NBA Debut

Buddy Hield will make his NBA debut with the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday in the Las Vegas Summer League.

The former Oklahoma Sooner has set some lofty goals for the season, including winning Rookie of the Year.

For now, Hield says he's using this week to get adjusted to the NBA game.

"Obviously, you want to win but I feel like improvement in my weaknesses, handing the ball off, defense, making shots, just stuff like that where it shows that I'm making my teammates better, setting screens,” said Hield. “The little things that coaches want me to do, and when you watch film, you'd be happy about."
