Philbrook Named Most Beautiful Place In Oklahoma

A new report finds a spot in Tulsa as the most beautiful place in all of Oklahoma. House Beautiful's website lists Tulsa's Philbrook as the most beautiful place in the state.

The Italian Renaissance villa, built by oilman Waite Phillips,  was completed in 1927. The City of Tulsa has owned Philbrook since 1938 when Phillips donated the 72-room mansion and its surrounding 23 acres as a center for the arts.

Philbrook is now home to over 160,000 visitors a year, according to its website.
