Tulsa Police identified the man they believe killed one man and wounded two others in a shooting early Sunday morning.

Sunday night police said they believe all the people involved in the incident know each and some are related. The three people who were shot, police said, drove to the scene in a Honda and a fist fight broke out.

Police said Ponce fired several shots at the car, killing the driver. According to Sergeant Walker, Ponce went into the house and came out with a rifle and fired at people in the street. The two other men who were shot were hit by bullets from the rifle, Walker said.

An officer who had just arrived fired one shot at Ponce, according to Sergeant Walker, and Ponce and other people at the scene either ran into the house or into the neighborhood.

Police ask anyone with information on Ponce's whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677 or the homicide tip line at 918-798-8477 or email detectives at homicide@cityoftulsa.org.
