Broken Arrow Police and Henryetta Police Departments hope the public can help them find a man suspected of robbing area pharmacies. Broken Arrow police released a photo of the man, then Henryetta Police contacted News On 6 to say they believe the same man attempted to rob a store in their town.
The Broken Arrow robbery took place around 9 p.m. Tuesday. Corporal Leon Calhoun said the man walked into the drug store in the 700 block of West Houston.
He went to the pharmacy and demanded narcotics, a news release states. The man did not show a gun or any other weapon, Calhoun said.
Chief Steve Norman, Henryetta Police, said surveillance video captured images of the same man entering the Henryetta Homeland at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The suspect demanded narcotics and threatened the pharmacy employees.
"The employees refused to give the man narcotics, and he left empty handed," Norman said.
If you recognize the man from a photo released by police, call Broken Arrow Detective Shannon Scott at 918-451-8200 extension 8750.
