Turley Man Arrested On 20 Counts Of Cruelty To Animals

A Turley man faces 20 counts of cruelty to animals after Tulsa County deputies found dogs living in filthy conditions.

Investigators say all the animals found at Roy Wright's home need medical care. They also said they found the body of one dog in the yard.

Police said the house has no air conditioning and was covered in urine and feces.

The animals are being treated for skin conditions at a Bixby shelter.
