Bixby Police Investigate Home Invasion Report

Bixby police are investigating a report of a home invasion residents say took place around noon on Sunday.

According to police, the homeowners said two men kicked in a door in the 8600 block of E. 132nd Street South to collect a debt from someone is a relative but no longer lives at the home.

The men then reportedly slashed tires of vehicles in the driveway and stole the homeowner's dog.

BPD says a neighbor was able to provide limited witness information.

The investigation is ongoing as police work to identify the suspects.

According to a police spokesperson, it is believed to be a drug-related debt the men were attempting to collect.
