Tulsa LGBT-Friendly Bars Holding Vigil For Orlando Shooting Victims

Tulsa gay bars are coming together to remember the Orlando shooting victims.

They're each holding a candlelight vigil and last dance Saturday night to honor the victims.

On Sunday, New Age Renegade is asking people to "karaoke for a kause." Money raised will go to families of the shooting victims.

Bamboo Lounge is planning a benefit for next Saturday.

Since the Orlando massacre, Tulsa police officers have been keeping a closer watch on LGBT-friendly bars around town, and the community has been very appreciative.

Miss Gay Tulsa, Robyn Davenport-Fierce posted a picture and wrote, "Thank you to this officer for his service last night at Majestic and to all the other officers fighting and keeping our communities safe."
