A man is in critical condition at a Tulsa hospital after being shot at an apartment complex on Sunday afternoon.
Tulsa police say an argument between three people led to the shooting at the Village East Apartments near 21st and Garnett.
Detectives say they have a suspect in custody and are questioning him.
