Tulsa firefighters battled a house fire in north Tulsa Thursday morning. Flames were shooting out of the wood-frame house as crews arrived just before 7 a.m.
The fire was in the 2100 block of North Lewis. It's believed the house is unoccupied.
Firefighters quickly got the fire in the single-story home under control. The fire started in the back of the house then spread to the side, according to firefighters at the scene.
Firefighters said they found a downed power line near the home. A fire marshal will determine the cause of the fire.
