Monday, suspended Wagoner County sheriff, Bob Colbert, pleaded not guilty to bribery and extortion charges.

A multi-county grand jury indicted Colbert in March.

Now, his case is being moved to Muskogee, where one judge has already stepped aside.

Colbert's attorneys said they're anxious because they're ready to move forward with the case, but the Attorney General's office isn't.

"The state, I understand, has a witness they need to writ from a federal prison, so that's going to be a hold-up for them. That's one of the things they'll want to have enough time to accomplish," said attorney, Michon Hastings-Hughes.

Wagoner deputy Jeff Gragg was also charged and pleaded not guilty.
