Construction Work Delays Continue On Tulsa's BA Expressway

Construction work on the Broken Arrow Expressway near downtown Tulsa will continue to impact traffic Friday.  

Right now, the two right lanes of the BA heading westbound are closed from Lewis to the Highway 75 junction until Friday afternoon.   The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says Friday evening, the eastbound lanes in this same area will close at 7 p.m. and remain closed throughout the weekend into Monday morning.

In addition, ODOT says there is some bridge work underway on the Inner Dispersal Loop.  Those bridges are at Boston, Main and Cheyenne over the south leg of the IDL.  

Officials expect there will be delays and say drivers might want to consider taking a different route into downtown Tulsa Friday morning.
