Salmon Oscar

Ingredients:

1 seared salmon filet, seasoned with salt, pepper

10 pieces of asparagus, blanched

16 oz. hollandaise sauce, warmed

8 oz. lump crab meat, warmed

Directions:

Lay asparagus in bottom of oval, all tips pointing the same way.

Place cooked salmon on top of asparagus.

Arrange lump crab meat on top of Salmon Filet

Pour hollandaise on top of crab and salmon.
