Water Line Break Causes Delays On Memorial Near 11th In Tulsa

Tulsa city crews are working to repair a 12-inch water line break on Memorial between 11th and 15th Streets. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.

Memorial is narrowed to one lane in each direction. What would usually be the northbound lanes are closed, so cars are going both directions in the southbound lanes.

There's no word on how long repairs will take.
