Bishop Kelley alumni Dallas Keuchel of the Houston Astros helped his team to an opening day win over the Yankees.

Keuchel got off to a rough start but settled down in the second inning after giving up a two-run double.

In the eighth inning, Luis Valbuena hit a two-RBI single and the Astros finished with a 5-3 win over the Yankees.

Keuchel ended the game giving up just three hits in seven innings and struck out five batters.
