The city of Tulsa is providing a special debris pickup day for storm victims.
Anyone who lives within the 46th Street North Corridor from Main Street to Highway 75 and from 42nd Street North to 49th Street can take storm debris to the curb for pickup at no cost.
Debris has to be within four feet of the curb and must not be near fire hydrants, cable boxes, meters or under power lines. It also cannot be in the street or along trees.
Crews will make their initial pickup Tuesday, April 5 at 7 a.m. then will come back through the next day, and again on April 12th and 13th.
The special service is free and the city plans to sweep the streets in that area after debris collection is finished.
