Rollover Tulsa Wreck Blamed On Speeding

A rollover wreck caused a traffic backup at 81st and Harvard. Police say a driver was northbound on Harvard at a high rate of speed when he lost control on the curve at the bottom of a hill.

The car rolled and hit a utility pole, landing on the roof. The driver was not injured, but police say he will be cited for excessive speed.
