The Tulsa police helicopter had to help find an Osage County deputy and a suspect overnight.
The deputy arrested Manuel DeLeon after a chase. A report says the deputy searched DeLeon's car, but DeLeon wrangled out of his handcuffs and ran into a wooded area.
The deputy says DeLeon started having trouble breathing, but the deputy had lost his radio and cellphone during the chase so he couldn't call for medical help.
The police helicopter found them about six blocks from where the chase started.
DeLeon was checked out at the hospital then booked into jail on drug complaints and an outstanding warrant.
