Showers and storms will be confined across southeastern Oklahoma for the rest of our St. Patrick’s Day. A cool front will arrive tonight and bring in stronger northeast winds.
Clouds should build back in tonight ahead of the front. Widespread showers develop during the morning hours and linger into the afternoon for Friday. It will be a cool and wet way to end our work week.
This weekend, expect the cool conditions to linger. Cold mornings with a potential frost or freeze both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Highs in the afternoon in the upper 50s (it’s only a few degrees cooler than normal). If you have sensitive or tender vegetation, you might cover it up or bring it inside for the weekend mornings.
Also, don’t forget about outside pets.
