Wagoner Police are investigating a pair of business burglaries near a busy intersection early Friday.
They say a store and a restaurant near where highways 51 and 69 cross had their power cut off.
Police Chief Bob Haley says sometime after midnight, the Orscheln Farm and Home store on West Cherokee was burglarized. He says the power was cut and the back door forced open. Some large items were moved around, but not much was taken.
He believes a break-in just down the street at the East China Buffet on South Dewey may be connected, because the restaurant also had its power cut.
The police chief says his detectives are investigating.
"We're obviously checking around the different locations and see as far as cameras and things like that. We're doing interviews with employees you know just anybody that might be out and about," said Police Chief Bob Haley.
Utility crews were out Friday morning working to restore power to both businesses.
Police are asking if anyone has information about the two incidents to call Wagoner Police at 918-485-5511.
