A weak cool front moved through Saturday morning and the only big change will be a northwest wind for most of day.
Highs will manage to reach into the mid-50s, making for a pleasant afternoon to be outdoors.
Sunglasses will be a must for the afternoon as clouds are clearing out. The early morning clouds made for some beautiful sunrise photos.
Saturday night, conditions get windy. Southwest winds will return overnight. Sustained wind speeds around 7 to 10 overnight into early Sunday morning.
Once the sun comes up wind speeds will increase. We could see gusts Sunday morning around 20 to 25 miles per hour.
Another cool front, this one stronger, will move through around the noon hour. Northwest winds will howl across Green Country for the rest of our Super Bowl weekend.
Sunday’s cool front will open the door to dry air. Dry air mixed with strong winds will increase fire danger for both Sunday and Monday.
Any fire that gets started, will spread quickly and become out of control.
Sunday and Monday will not be good days to do any burning outdoors.
