Three people are in the Rogers County jail after a police chase early Tuesday.

Sheriff's deputies said the chase started the Walmart store in Catoosa at about 1 a.m. and ended at a convenience store at the intersection of Highway 66 and Highway 266 a short time later.

Catoosa Police got a call about a possible assault in the Walmart parking lot.  When they arrived, a witness pointed to the van with Dylan White, 23, of Okmulgee, Jasmaine Wilson, 23, of Tulsa, and Henry Sullivan, 26, of Tulsa inside.

Police said as they approached the van, it sped off.

Deputies got involved in the chase and eventually used stop strips to puncture the tires of the van near the QuikTrip.

White was booked on complaints of eluding, reckless driving, driving with a revoked or suspended license, running a red light and two outstanding warrants. Wilson and Sullivan were booked for eluding police.

Jail records show all three have a court appearance set for February 16. Police don't believe the three were involved in the assault, but they continue to investigate.
