Tulsa's Margaritaville Casino-Hotel Holds Topping Out Ceremony

Construction workers held a topping out ceremony at Tulsa's Margaritaville casino-hotel Friday.  

Muscogee Creek Nation Tribal leaders signed the final beam for their new 27-story resort on the banks of the Arkansas River in south Tulsa before it was lifted into place.

The hotel and casino is connected to a two-story Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville restaurant and bar along with outdoor decks overlooking a pool and the Arkansas River.

Officials say the casino and restaurant is set to open Labor Day weekend and the hotel tower in December.
