Tulsa Man Arrested For Child Sex Crimes

A man wanted for child sex crimes out of Oklahoma City is in the Tulsa County Jail Wednesday morning. 

Thomas Tyner is in custody, but five other people wanted in the same case are still on the run.

An arrest report show U.S. Marshals caught up with the 63-year-old Tyner Tuesday at 5 p.m., just hours after charges were filed against him.

He is now in the Tulsa County Jail without bond.

Records show Tyner was born in Claremore, but it's not clear if that's where he was arrested. Online court records don't show the exact charges against him, but we're told he's accused of child sex crimes.

Specifically, he's charged with preying on several children last year at a house in Oklahoma City.

Those court records do show that warrants are out for five other people in this case: Eric Janousek, Brandy Smith, Clifton Smith, Nina Smith and Sonya Tyner. 

Just like Thomas Tyner, we don't know the charges against them.
