Tulsa Judge Dismisses Murder Charge In 7-Year-Old Case

A judge dismissed charges in a 7-year-old murder case Monday.

The district attorney said there isn't enough evidence, right now, in the case against Gregory Epperson.

Epperson was arrested last summer in connection with Ray Johnson Junior's disappearance in 2008.

Johnson's car was found in front of the shop he ran with blood in the trunk, but his body has never been found.

The DA said, right now, the case is dependent on a man who has spent his life in prison and only talked about the crime after he was arrested for another one.

They said if they get more evidence, they will charge Epperson again.
