The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for several rivers around Oklahoma.
The Deep Fork River near Beggs, Bird Creek River near Sperry and Owasso and the Caney River near Collinsville.
Area streets already have started filling with water. Emergency crews from Rogers County met on Saturday night at the courthouse to discuss the weather threat.

Rogers County emergency manager Thomas Hudson said flooding is the main concern for his county. The meeting gave emergency crews a chance to talk and go over which areas flood most often and to make sure police and other emergency crews monitor those areas closely.
Standing water on the roadways continues to be a big concern for holiday traffic. Several highways and interstates are water-logged, and traffic is moving a lot slower than usual.
“If you don't need to go out don't go out,” Hudson said. “It's the day after Christmas. I know it's a lot of out of town people who are traveling tonight, and maybe even tomorrow, and maybe if they can put their trip off for a little while that would be the best.”
In addition to the rain, several lightning strikes have been reported in the area.
