OSBI: Cushing Man Arrested For Lewd Proposals, Possession Of Child Porn

A Cushing man is in jail after investigators said he committed several crimes against children.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, in mid-November, the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received several tips that a Facebook user was sending and receiving lewd pictures of girls.

The release says a tip line identified the user as Carlos Fritinger.

OSBI said agents requested information from Facebook and Fritinger’s Internet provider which revealed several communications to and from Fritinger involving photographs of girls – some performing lewd acts.

The release says agents tracked Fritinger to Cushing where a search warrant was served on his home and he was arrested.

Records show the 23-year-old was arrested for possession of child porn; facilitating, encouraging, engaging in sexual communication with a minor; lewd or indecent proposals to a child; indecent exposure and more.
