Third Person Arrested In Death Of Pittsburg County Teen

Authorities arrested a third suspect in connection with the death of a Pittsburg County teen earlier this week.  

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, McAlester Police and deputies booked Jonathan Flowers, 23, into jail Wednesday evening on a complaint of first-degree murder.

Earlier in the day, the OSBI arrested 21-year-old Jodi Ward and a 15-year-old male in the case.

The OSBI says the teen, whose name has not been released, was arrested on a complaint of first-degree murder. They said Ward was arrested on a complaint of accessory to murder.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said its dive team recovered the body of the 18-year-old victim from Dow Lake on Tuesday. His name has not been released.
