Seeing the Christmas lights at Rhema Bible Church is a cherished holiday tradition for many in Green Country.

Wednesday, News On 6 helped flip the switch on the more than 2 million lights at the church.

Osage SkyNews 6 HD flew above as Pastor Kenneth Hagin, his family and Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer turned on the LED lights.

The pastor said he does the display every year because, “I want them to know that Jesus is the light of the world and that he is the reason for the season.”

Hagin said they see about 200,000 visitors while throughout the duration of the display.

The display will continue at Rhema Bible Church at 1024 West Kenosha Street until New Year’s night.
