A World War II era plane tipped over Saturday morning at Jones Riverside Airport. The T-6 Trainer was being taxied when the pilot said another aircraft cut in front of him.

The pilot hit the brakes, causing the plane to tip over on its nose.

"The single pilot was the only occupant of the aircraft and received minor head injuries, was treated at the scene by EMSA and not transported," Tulsa police report.  "Airport management was called, along with NTSB and the FAA."

Tulsa firefighters were called out to clear up the taxiway.
