Witness Fails To Show, Tulsa Judge Dismisses Charges

Charges against a Tulsa man accused of shooting into a car with children inside in August has had those charges dismissed.  

On Tuesday, a Tulsa County judge ordered the charges against Demacio Seals, dismissed after a witness failed to show for his scheduled preliminary hearing.

However, Seals is still in the Tulsa County jail on charges pending in a different case.
