Tulsa Man Facing Manslaughter Charge; Victim’s Family Files Suit

A Tulsa man heads is heading to court to face charges that he killed a Jenks teenager.

And now Zachary Lindstrom is being sued by the teen's family as well.

Prosecutors said Lindstrom was going at least 74 miles per hour in a 40 mile per hour zone, racing another car when he crashed into a minivan.

Cing Uap died from her injuries and two members of her family were seriously hurt.
