A Tulsa woman was arrested after police say she and another person ran from them Friday evening. Latoyia Lashay Thompson, 25, was arrested after a short police pursuit.

It all started when police tried to pull a red Pontiac over during a traffic stop at the Tulsa Hills shopping center.

That's when police say the driver started running red lights and driving erratically all the way to The Lakes apartments. Officers found the car wrecked in the middle of the complex.

Records show the car was full of what's believed to be stolen merchandise from several different businesses.

Thompson was arrested on a petit larceny complaint. She bonded out of jail Saturday morning.

Police say they're still looking for the driver of the car. No one was injured in the wreck, according to police.
