ONG: Customer Service Phone Problem Solved

The Oklahoma Natural Gas Company said a problem with connectivity issues due to an outage with its long distance carrier is now fixed.

ONG says their customer service lines are back in working order following a brief outage.

The company’s regular emergency line is now routing properly. In the case of a natural gas emergency, please leave the area immediately and call 1-800-458-4251 or 911. 

It said if customers need to contact day-to-day business – such as to stop service, pay a bill or make payment arraignments – to please use the company’s website.
