A jury has found a 23-year-old man not guilty of first-degree murder in a 2013 shooting of a Tulsa locksmith.
Dewayne Fulsom was accused of killing Sebastian Geiger in October 2013. Police said Geiger was killed after unlocking a car door and getting into an argument with the owner of the car about the bill.
The jury also found Fulsom not guilty of a second charge of shooting with intent to kill.
