Police arrested a man and a juvenile after a downtown Tulsa liquor store burglary early Wednesday.

Officers said just before 1 a.m. they responded to an alarm at the Modern Spirit store at 11th and Elgin.  When they arrived police spotted two people running towards the nearby Home Depot store.  After a brief foot chase police took Devan Dry, 23, and a juvenile into custody.

Police booked Dry into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of attempted second degree burglary, resisting arrest and encouraging a minor to commit a felony.  Jail records show Devan Dry is being held on a bond of $15,500.  He is also being held on an outstanding warrant out of Grady County.
